Turnkey plant from pulping to finished board
Fiber cement board is a non-asbestos board made mainly of Portland cement, cellulose fiber and silica sand, cured in an autoclave. It combines the strength of cement with the workability of wood and is suitable for both exterior and interior use.
Typical single-line capacity: around 4–5 million m² of board per year, sized to each project.

Typical proportions; the actual recipe depends on raw materials and board type.
Length 2440 / 3050 mm · Width 1220 mm · Thickness 4–30 mm. Non-standard sizes on request.
